1. I am having trouble applying for an Oxfam International vacancy, I am using Internet Explorer and it seems to freeze when I try to apply.
This may be because the security within Internet Explorer is blocking your access to this particular website, please follow the below instructions to hopefully solve this issue:
Open Internet Explorer
Click Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab
In the Address of website box, type in oxfaminternational.org
Click the Allow button
Click OK again.
This should then allow you to get through using the Apply Now links. Please note, you may need to restart Internet Explorer once these settings have changed.
Alternatively please try using a different Internet browser, for example; Firefox, Safari or Chrome
2. When will I hear from you regarding my application?
We aim to let applicants know if they have been successful to the next stage within 3 weeks of the relevant post having closed. We will also let you know if you have been unsuccessful with your application.
3. How will I know how my application is progressing?
All communication regarding your application will be via the email address you have registered with us. In order to avoid any emails going into your spam/junk folder, we would advise saving the following email address into your contacts: email@example.com
You can also login into your account with Oxfam International to check the status of your application/s.
4. Will I receive any feedback on my application?
We're afraid that due to the large volume of applications that we receive
we are only able to give individual feedback for those applicants who have been successful through to Interview stage.
