Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for Head of Safeguarding to join Oxfam Global Safeguarding Team

Who we're looking for
The post-holder will lead on, oversee and quality assure the delivery and development of safeguarding content (including policies, procedures, training and communication) and appropriately manage safeguarding incidents, concerns and investigations. The other main purpose of the role is to build on the One-Oxfam safeguarding risk framework and to establish and maintain risk management processes. Both aspects have a strong focus on the ability to provide safeguarding expert knowledge, influencing and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
